JOANNA BRAGMAN, ESQ.

Joanna Bragman joined Lovegrove & Lastella, PLLC in 2024. She has been practicing insurance defense since graduating cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law in 2018. Mrs. Bragman primarily focuses on first party property insurance defense, representing insurance carriers from case inception through trial. Currently, Mrs. Bragman is a non-equity Partner in the firm and one of the lead partners in the firm’s first party property insurance defense practice group. Mrs. Bragman was selected to Thompson Reuters’ Super Lawyers 2023 & 2024 Rising Stars.

Mrs. Bragman leverages her fierce passion, peerless work ethic, and industry knowledge to achieve the best results that she can for her clients, while doing so in an efficient and cost-effective manner. She prides herself on always protecting her client’s assets as the chief objection in litigation. Her strategies prioritize prudent, yet effective and aggressive methods to put forth clients’ best defenses and develop them through dispositive motions and trial.

Prior to Lovegrove & Lastella, Joanna gained experience in the areas of construction, commercial litigation, family, personal injury medical malpractice, and bankruptcy law. She also clerked for the Honorable Stanford Blake of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit in Miami-Dade County.
